Ans: Our product lifetime ranges from product to product but generally 5-8 years are common with some products up to 10 years. All Axiomtek product's standard warranty is 2 years. 3/5 years extended warranty upon Request.




Question 2

In my machine, i am still relying on many PCI IO boards some up to 8 board in a system. how would you support in this case?


Ans : First of all, our IPC still support both PCI and PCie slots. We have IPC that support up to max 12 PCI per system. So, there is no issue of getting 8 PCI to work in our IPC system.

What is the OS support currently that you can still offer?


Ans: Up to now, we still support some legacy OS such as DOS, Windows XP, Windows 7 . The latest windows OS supported are windows 10 and windows 11 with the option of embedded OS like Windows 10 IOT / LTSC. In some cases where Linux is needed, we do provides Linux as option eg. Ubuntu, Open Suse etc.

Ans : Apart of IPC , IO , Motion control, for vision, we do offer a frame grabber on USB 3.0 -4/8 ports and also on Giga E with or without POE support. 10G/40G ethernets are also available. For vision and Vision AI, Axiomtek do have some Fanless IPC platform that is compact and able to support necessary GPU slots for Nvidia GPU integration as well. For some AI related, we do have some good platform that has been verify with OPENVINO from Intel.
